Aburns were very patient with us, trying to get this insurance job done. Had a few family things going on.Also we were looking at colour glass to match our other windows. Brayden did a great job of the repairs.Although its not a perfect match,it still looks okay. Thank you

Very unprofessional service. After lodging claim Someone called and ask if I can send the photos of broken glass on his email so he can arrange Glazier accordingly. Once I sent the photos no communication. Suddenly received 5-6 calls from glazier stating I am at your address. Told him I am at work can’t come straightaway, he should have been called earlier before coming to address. He was rude over the phone as it’s my fault. After finishing work called them to arrange the time. The girl who was talking to me asked for the time and said someone will come. No technician came. Next morning called 3 times for arranging time every time they will say someone will contact but no contact. Wasted my day just waiting and still no contact. If there is negative marks option would have given -10 out of 10. Hopefully they will read this and do some improvements for other customers.
