Very bad work man ship had a muffler done there and thay did Very bad work had to go somewhere else and thay did a very top job will not say who did it but thay are a dame side better than this lot the owner of midd city motors is just as bad I did have a rav4 thay did work and stuffed up nearly ended in our life 3 years ago it went back there thay had to fix it at there cost its not just me car I have now that thay did shity work on just don't dame go to them at all please people I refuse to return to them but that sead thay can do better up skill your team inshore thay a better job and not just take money for a half pie job please team be more personal do a job properly next time please I'm just alittil bit sorry for my anger It's only fear 😱 to say

I went in there today to get new rear brakes pad installed. My appointment was at 10 am and i was there at 9:50am. They were really unorganised and had nothing sorted before the appointment. During that owner came to me and said that my brake calipers were not working and that he will get a second hand one arranged. He did not gave me any quotes. They had me waiting till 1 pm and told me that brake calipers that arrived are not right size for my vehicle. So they had me waiting there for another 4 hours so they can arrange a second hand one from somewhere. At about 5 pm they gave me the bill docket where they charged me 3 hours of labour whixh was $400, x2 brake calipers second hand for $480 and $350 for new brake pads. When i questioned him about 3 hours of labour he the owner literally said” You are lucky im charging you 3 hours, i should have charged you 5 hours”. He admitted to wasting my time from morning but said this is reasonable amount of labour charge. On top of that there is no basic amenities on site. There is no drinking water for customers, there is no tv, no heater and no coffee. The little space they have on one corner is very dirty and filthy and looks like it hasnt been cleaned for atleast 5 years. During my waiting time i asked owner if i can use toilet which he declined and asked me to pee on the side of the road. I will not recommend this shop to anyone ever. Never putting my foot back there. P.s. - The owner is very racist and had a conversation with me about how his ancestors use to rule my ancestors. He also said that immigrants have ruined his town.

I paid $310 for an oil change, check the air filter, and add zip ties to the splash shield. The invoice said 'service', which I specifically asked to not get, and did not receive. This might be the normal price for labour on an oil change, but sounds high to me so I'm adding it to my review. Otherwise the mechanic here seems like a straight shooter, which is why I went back in the first place. If this is a normal cost this work then disregard my review.

Only rating one star because there is no zero. Initially appeared helpful but charged a massive amount because they got the wrong parts, twice. Found out several months later that they had not reinstalled half the brake system on my trailer and not told me about it. Tried to talk to them about it but the person on the phone was incredibly obnoxious. Denied all knowledge, refused to engage, would let me answer and hung up. Seriously recommend finding somewhere else to go if you aren't certain your WOF will walk straight through!
