I consulted midas grafton to change the coolant water pump of my Alpha Prius.They estimated, it will cost aroud 1400 dollar for changing the water pump.I felt weird about the amount they reported , The next day I visited another workshop at otahuhu for a second opinion, They changed the water pump at the same day with genuine parts from toyota, including 2 year warrenty.The total amount they charged was 500 dollar incuding the labour. Midaz estimated 1400 dollar for changing the pump, with additional cost of labor. Very disappointed .I wouldn't recommended midas grafton to anyone in future.

I always bring my car to Midas Grafton for servicing and maintenance. Hashan and the team are always helpful, friendly, and consistently go above and beyond what’s expected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy and quality service.

We took our car in today to get an engine issue looked at. Diagnosed and fixed all the same day, and were clear communicators at what had gone wrong and why. Explained the parts and showed the damage. Knowledgeable staff and friendly service.

Hashan was amazing. After my husband died he was so helpful. He helped me sort my mechanical issues with such a smiling and willing approach. I have returned several times and have always had wonderful service. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend him.

For a man who doesn’t really about car stuff, I have to say that Sharm and his team was really patient to me, explain all of my questions in detail, giving me the best suggestions of my car, I’ve done a full service with them, was a really decent job and service done, highly recommend! There are always a space for you!
