Pete was most obliging, helpful and professional in diagnosing the problem with our motor home. He tried to source our part and, when this was unavailable he checked the van was safe to drive home and did not charge us. We are most grateful and impressed. Thanks Pete.

Came with a potential issue but thanks to the pros the "emergency" has been detected on time. 500$ later I still have the issue. For the record "That's a bummer" is not a good after-sales support.
