I will not be recommending to anyone that asks, our girl took her car to see why it was going into limp mode, turns out the wrong battery was in it, and it wasn't kicked up, so because it was the wrong battery, was ment to be push start battery, not key start battery, had to find out from someone not even a ford dealer, that's not very good at all

massive blow out on passengers side tyre. Crept vehicle around roundabout and was thinking how lucky we were. Well we were very lucky and grateful as Chris from the Ford dealership was right behind us and came to support us. Not only did he swap our the spare but he also rang around to find a tyre and offered to pick it up for us. Chris and his team helped get us back on the road and the cherry on the top was he told us safe travels and didn't charge us a penny. Over and above any expectations. Thank you Chris and the Ford service team you guys and galz rock!!!! Highly recommended.

Yes Sara -Lee, how rude of us to charge you for the parking fine you incurred when you borrowed our workshop vehicle and parked illegally. And how dare we try to recover the cost of freight for the tyres we bought in at your request and had to return when you failed to turn up for 2 appointments and didn't reply to an email. Indeed, Nelson is a small town, but I think you will run out of jovial mechanics ready to help you before we run out of customers. Hopefully you will soon realise how unsafe the vehicle is that you are driving with your children in, and do something about fixing it before it causes an accident.

Rude customer service! Small town and I won't be recommending! I have been going there for at least 10 years with multiply cars, the new owners who don't know how to respectfully treat customers and I'm not the only one so I have heard! Plenty of lovely old school jovial mechanics in this town who you can trust- just not Gloucester Auto.
