  Absolutely unacceptable service from Ford Silverdale. My ute was damaged by another customer while it was in their care, and I was not informed at all. I only discovered the damage when I picked the vehicle up if I hadn’t inspected it myself, I would have driven away completely unaware. That alone shows a serious lack of honesty and responsibility. On top of that, the vehicle was handed back in poor condition. The plastic was still left on the seat, and the ute wasn’t even washed. Basic presentation and care were clearly not a priority. When I raised these issues, the manager’s response was simply excuses saying he was “under the pump” and “never had a chance.” That is not an acceptable explanation when you’re responsible for customers’ vehicles and property. No accountability, poor communication, and careless handling of a customer’s vehicle. I expected far better from a Ford dealership. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others to inspect their vehicle very carefully before leaving.
