Took 5 1 /2 hours for a service and WOF. Will not use again.Peter robinson replied that a courtesy car was offered which I refused. What he did not say was that the car was offered after 4 1/2 hours and not when I dropped off the vehicle. I did not ask for one at start as I was told service should be 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

If you are a stranger in a strange land, this is the place to find. We pulled in with our rented van late in the afternoon with an unusual problem. Of course, all the mechanics were busy and they didn't have the part. Next thing we know, the Service Manager, Kevin Milligan, in his clean clothes, jumps under the van, pulls the offending part, repairs it in his shop and reinstalls in about an hour. The bill was so small it was embarrassing. We were very very thankful and our vacation was saved! Special thanks to Kevin.
