My friend lives overseas and he tasked me with giving his BMW 328i some much needed love and attention. On the first visit brought the car in for a service and asked to check an oil leak. Car was serviced within 24 hours, oil leak was quoted for and car was looked over and multiple issues that were missed when the car was in with my friend Christchurch. Brought the car back in for the oil leak repair and rear shock bump-stops to be replaced - think they failed to exist in the first place, which from talking to my mate, a previous mechanics picked up on but never completed the work. Kevin has great communication, friendly and a tidy workshop.

First time getting any car work done in Auckland on my mustang. Kevin was great to deal with extremely honest and reliable. Definitely recommend him to anyone that is unsure where to take their car. Thanks Kevin will be back for sure!

I had a fantastic experience at North Shore Autocentre. Brought my car in for an oil change and a spark plug replacement, full diagnostics was also done by Kevin. From start to finish, his customer service was top-tier—super easy to communicate with from booking to after service, and the work was done quickly without compromising on quality. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and I really appreciated how smooth and professional the whole process was. I’ve definitely found my go-to mechanic in North Shore. I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve been going to Kevin since about 2017 and have always had a great experience. As a female I’ve had mechanics in the past try pull the wool over my eyes and add costs, but Kevin has always been upfront and honest about any issues, and whether they’re major or can be left for a while. He’s given me great car maintenance advice (and advice on the best reliable cars to look at when I upgrade), even when it means less jobs/money for him. He’s always friendly and genuine, and truly cares about the work he does. I honestly could not recommend him enough. Absolutely 100/10 service!

Kevin is an exceptional guy, looking after my Mini. He gives very useful information and shows a great concern not just to the car but also to the customer. He is transparent and truthful. He is generous with his time and effort, indeed going the extra mile. Highly recommend, North Shore Auto Centre for any WOF or car repairs.
