Wouldn't recommend very rude and not helpful was mucked around. Shocking service. Ended up going elsewhere and was looked after for what we needed done with no problems. Update since you are trying to falsely respond and there is no option to reply to it. Yesterday my truck come out from its wof check needing a chip repair done. I called a couple of places before calling novus and they were booked out for that day. I remember calling novas about a month ago with other enquiry for one of my other cars and the lady was so dam rude on the phone i ended up getting this done else where that time. I thought ok mabey the person was having a bad day at that time il give Novas other go and they were available to do the repair yesterday so I thought ok great. The lady in the phone mentioned the weather could be a issue ect.. I arrived and yes it had been raining a little and she explained it couldn't be done until it dried in a couple of hours. I respectfully asked do you mind checking the chip in the windscreen and if it could be repaired. She didn't seem interested to help just plain out rude and come out looked at it and was like yes it can be done and trying to tell us it had been there a long time. That was incorrect the windscreen was only just replaced brand-new not that long ago i explained. She was like oh yes we can do it but you might have a mark left after it. I said thats ok. She then went on the change and say oh she was going to do a new windscreen. I stopped her they and said no sorry but we dont have that plan right now. She goes ok we can repair the chip and could I come back at 3.30 to get it done (with attitude) I said yes we will return at 3.30pm I waited around town for a couple hours to 3.30 and returned to other lady saying no it cant be done. Very unprofessional attitudes and difficult. I work two jobs and only had this day to try sort it. I then went up the road to Smith and Smith they got me in right away they were so awesome no mucking around greatservice. Done within 20mins and took right back in for my wof and it was a pass. Thanks to Smith and Smith I highly recommend just going there 👍
I have had my windscreen replaced from here. So far all good. It has rained and there doesn't seem to be any leaks 🙂 So over all they seem to do a good job👌 They came highly recommended so I have high hopes. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Great service all round very happy 🙂
