NOVUS Glass Porirua

Incompetent glass repair when it comes to insurance. They cannot deal with certain insurance companies due to their online portal being locked to only the big players. I called two places in the Hutt and both said yep no problems. Then I call novus and they say nope can't help. Not only that, novus was estimating 6-14 days wait time and the Hutt city auto glass place said tomorrow lunch easy as. I don't care how big or small a windscreen crack is, I'll never waste my time with novus or Smith n Smith again.

My car was broken into a few days ago requiring the back quarter light window to be repaired. Booked in with Novus on Monday, dropped car off Wednesday and window was fixed within the hour.
