A big thumbs up to Fiona and her team at Novus Glass in Thames. My elderly parents got a stone chip in their windscreen yesterday, and Fiona was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process.
My parents don’t use the internet, smartphones, or modern technology, so when questions came up about sensors on the windscreen, Novus didn’t make it an issue. Instead, they came out to my parents’ retirement village to inspect the windscreen themselves so they knew exactly what to order.
All of this happened within an hour of our insurance company being contacted. Novus truly went above and beyond to make sure their customers were well taken care of. Well done, Novus 👏👏

The whole team at Novus Thames was incredibly helpful, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service.
The owner, in particular, went above and beyond making a special trip all the way out to Coromandel town just to make sure my windscreen was in before the bad weather hit. Their customer care was top-notch. I’d recommend these guys 1000 times over. Absolutely fantastic!
