I booked my work ute (Nissan Navara) and my Holden vehicle with this workshop for a complete service. After the service, while driving my Holden—where brake pads and rotors had just been replaced—the vehicle unfortunately caught fire. I live in a rural area, so getting immediate help was extremely difficult. I contacted the owner, who came to my location and fixed the issue, which I acknowledge. My Nissan Navara was also scheduled for a full service. Shortly after, the vehicle displayed warnings for oil filter change and low engine oil. There was no service sticker placed on the windscreen to confirm service details or future service intervals. When I contacted the workshop, I was told the someone would call me back, but this never happened. My suggestion would be look.after your customers as they will look after you. Regards Sam Waiuku

Best place to get your car service been going to them for 2 years now for service. Both owner brothers very nice and welcoming but every time i go always one thing happens the guy in picture is just become to frank with customer and not professional behaviour from him which i notice many times. Just passing weird comments about the car that car have blanket do u sleep in your car or eat all meals in car all time in a taunting way which I don’t find professional behaviour offering. Even last time i remember the owner stopped him not to be to chitchatting with customer and focus on work. But personally you guys are great shop for price and everything
