Very poor communication. 1st quote for insurance changed due to supplier out of stock, so they said. Extra money added on to 2nd quote for another supplier. Repaired eventually but part did not work properly. Advised Onekawa repairs of this. They said they would ring 2nd supplier and get them to send another working part. A week later I contact collision repairs to see if they had got in the replacement part. There response is they have just contacted the supplier to send part. Another week later I still have not heard from collision repairs. Unless you communicate with them first you are still waiting around for them to contact you. I will not recommend Onekawa Collision repairs in Napier to anyone. They have been paid in full and this is shocking

Had a former botched repair carried out on my ute prior to selling it. It was appraised, booked in and completed in a really short time period. The job was excellent and I was able to sell the ute with peace of mind knowing the repair was done properly.

I don't even feel like giving 1 star after my experience unfortunately. Asked this company to fix the scratches on our car. An insurance job, for which we were prepared to pay the excess of $400 for, and another $300 to the company. All they did was give it a buff, which wasn't even done that well (there will still plenty of smears and water marks around the car) and gave me a bottle of paint the size of a nail polish bottle for which I needed to pay $28 and then had to cover the scratches myself. The claim closed and if I wanted it done again and properly, I would have had to either pay the excess fee again or pay this company directly, but either way it was going to cost us again. I left a message explaining how aggrieved I was with it and received a return call saying that they could have another look at it. That there was no intention to do the job again without looking at it was enough of a put-off for me. The thought of it still makes me very upset and while they were friendly I would not advise using this company. I'd rather an unfriendly yet competent person/people any day.
