If there had been a 4.5 star option, I would have clicked that...only because I believe that there is always room for improvement...but there wasn't, so they get 5 stars. The team at Pit Stop have always exceeded my expectations regarding their service. Their administrative comms leading up to any booked appointments as well as the follow up has always been on point. When I picked up my vehicle after a full.servixe and WOF yesterday, I know the car's interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off. They even emptied my rubbish bag. The car has always run smoothly but then again...we've been taking our work vehicles to Pit Stop for 3 years now, so why wouldn't they.

I recently got my two vehicles WOF done and some work completed at Pit Stop Hamilton. They were excellent with getting me booked in quickly, especially at this busy time of year. I would recommend them and will happily come back next time my cars are due their WOF.

Failed my WOF due to issue which was certified, refused to look at certification from Novus. When I left the car was making a terrible noise, got home and found the air intake had been disconnected creating a huge mess in the engine bay etc.

Absolutely love these guys (and girls) here! Their communication & customer service is amazing. Super thorough with everything they do. I’m always well looked after every time I go there. Highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!

Great service and got an amazing deal on front brake pads and rotor replacement. It was a busy day when I went in. As I was in the waiting room area, I couldn't help but notice a few people rock up trying to get things done last minute on a Friday. It pays to phone ahead. However, the team were still helpful where they could. Such good service on their part.
