William was a tremendous help to my partner and I - he helped us make some last minute fixes to both of our vans, allowing us to get to the Kepler Track safely and before our permits started. He was very efficient, skilled, and helped explain to me which notes from my recent PPI I should actually focus on having fixed. He also helped me understand car mechanics in a way that no other mechanic ever has. He is humble, extremely talented, and very kind. I will definitely be taking my Mazda Bongo back to William anytime it needs a tune-up! Cheers!

Greg and team are fantastic and I can’t speak highly enough of them and the work they’ve done on my Audi A4. From the moment I booked it in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about European cars. After just one service and a suspension arm replacement, the difference is night and day. The car is running incredibly smoothly, feels tighter on the road, and drives like it should again. The handling is noticeably better and all the little issues I’d started to accept as “normal” are completely gone. What really stands out is the care and attention to detail. They took the time to explain what was needed, why it mattered, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. You can tell they know Audis inside and out and take pride in doing the job properly. It’s such a relief finding a workshop you can genuinely trust with your car.
