Do not use this business! I had chrome black out done to an Audi through the car dealer I purchased from and within a week it was all peeling off. We made an arrangement for Renew Car to cover the cost and they have backed out of it and left me with a bill of thousands. I’ve tried to contact them to remedy and they are ghosting me completely on comms to avoid paying. It’s been going on for months (since June!) and now they’re ghosting the car dealer who arranged it all in my behalf. They also lied to the car dealer despite all conversations being fully documented in what’s app. Stay away- these guys aren’t honest or honourable and if something goes wrong - they will avoid remedy and your car will be damaged and you will foot the bill. Use someone else!!!
