Shout out to Royans Manawatu for tidying up our camper after a wee mishap at Christmas. Excellent repair and perfect finish.
Paul from Royans worked in with Speedy Signs to have the decal put on while in the repair shop.

I have recently had an extensive rust repair job done on the subframe of my 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 6 berth motorhome. The rust was picked up at 2 COF inspections and I thought I had it resolved after the first inspection. Two businesses in Palmerston North couldn't handle the complex job and the 3rd did a BS spray over job which is why it got picked up a second time for COF. I got 2 more quotes and one of them thought it could be repaired without having to replace steel on initial inspection. The second quote was from Royans Manawatu. Paul Percy the workshop manager did the initial inspection and quote to do the job. Paul was totally straight up with me and told me everything I didn't want to know, but it made sense and there was no BS. Anyone who owns a motorhome knows that they can be a money pit, but this job was going to be a sink hole. A lot of rotten steel had to be cut out and replaced whilst negotiating the complex undercarriage of my motorhome not forgetting the floor was attached to the same rotten steel subframe. Paul quoted the job at $8.5K and needed it for 3 weeks. He said he would provide progressive photographic evidence of the repair. The job took 4 weeks and Paul was true to his word, the final cost was as per the quote, but I'm sure it could have been more. I took my MH for a COF the day after I got it out of the workshop and asked to go into the pit with the inspector to view the repairs. We witnessed the result of a very professional rust repair job carried out in very challenging and complex circumstances, I can confidently say it was not a BS job unlike previous businesses. Suffice to say I got my COF, and won't have to worry about rust in the subframe for a long while. If you are still reading this review, I highly recommend Royans Manawatu should you require their services, a very professional company represented by their workshop manager Paul Percy, a man of the tools, with great integrity. (Yes, it was an expensive sink hole but value for money and peace of mind for the safety of my whānau and other road users, priceless). Thank you Paul and Royans.
