Not Good experience with them. I went to get quote for my car, took 3 to 4 weeks to submit quote also I had to call them several time to asked. ( where the othe AA approve place took only 3days for quote) then after AA approve they never call me back for a booking. I have call 3 4 times to ask about booking for repair but always they told they will get back to me. After a another 3 to 4 weeks they told me we can book for repair but thats is after a 5 months. I'm totally disappointed. If they advice me before start processing, available booking date I could see other option. Then I call AA and went to a another approve placed where they submitted quote and approve les than a week. Aslo they booked me for repair just after 3 weeks. I advice before start anything just ask whats the available booking dates then you can decide
A big shout out to the Sun City crew, very professional service they take a real pride in their work. Very reasonably priced. Our daughter was treated with respect when she took her camper van in to be repaired, unlike some other experiences in other panel shops. Excellent communication and updates throughout the process, couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks for a great job
