Went to Superior for WOF and to fix brakes, as car was shuddering and making a noise when I braked. Within a few months the shuddering and noise was back. I took it back. Was told that it was my fault because I hadn't taken car back as soon as it started shuddering. I asked why was the shudder back in the first place if they'd supposedly fixed the brakes. They put my car up on a hoist and checked the work they'd done then told me that what they'd written that they'd done on my invoice was not actually what they'd done. So the information on my invoice was incorrect. They offered no compensation, no apology and said they could squeeze me in to replace my brake pads and rotars. I declined. Don't trust them, would never use them again.

This service provider comes highly recommended! Annie the receptionist was friendly, professional and helpful. Ben who took care of my car was efficient, honest and very accommodating. Even though they were very busy - Ben dropped everything and gave me speedy and brilliant service at an affordable price. You will always have my business and support going forward. Thank you so much for all your help today- you guys rock!

These guys are truly the best mechanics on the North Shore that I have come across. Mike and his team were really good to deal with, and super friendly too.
I received a phone call in the morning with the diagnosis of what was wrong with my car, and a quote on what the repairs would cost me. *Owning a BMW E90 I wasn't looking forward to this bit at all, but what I was quoted was a very fair price.*
After I told Mike to go ahead with the repairs, I was notified later that afternoon that my car was all ready to be collected. So fast!!
Thanks again guys, you'll definitely be seeing me again :)

Good service, good customer relations, all round really good, can’t complain about the actually quality of the place. Only issue is price. Seems very expensive for what was done and I got a large sheet with a lot of additional work needed to be complete, a lot of money to spend for all that was on the sheet of paper. More value than the car itself. So got a second opinion from a different credited service centre and I’ll just keep what all they said confidential apart from the fact that I was over quoted. It’s business, I get it, but I’m also just a regular person making normal wages, I don’t want to spend 2 years paying off repairs that might have not been necessary and if they were, cost me an arm and a leg. But like I said, they are good quality service provider. So no complaints about quality of work. Also they lent me a courtesy vehicle while they were doing the service, so I could at least still get to work. 4 star for quality.

I recent just moved into area and had some problems with my car. AA insurance towed it to the nearest mechanics but wasn't sure were to take it as their many cowboys out there that have the tools but not the honest dealings.
AA referred me to Superior Automotive service... At first, I wasn't sure about this company as no one has referred or spoke about this mechanic and I wasn't sure about the cost because the building look new.
OVERALL, I have no understanding of my vehicle maintenance. Stu helped me through the process of how to put through a claim to my insurance. Consistently kept in touch on the same day and brought understanding to what was wrong with my vehicle.
If you ever have the chance to look for a mechanic that is upfront with you and honest. Speak to Stu and the team. Don't risk taking your vehicle to a cowboy mechanic. But hey!!! it’s your choice.
Thanks Stu and the Superior Automotive service for providing a courtesy car.
