Taranaki panel beaters helped me massively after finding out I needed my sunroof replaced, I came across Taranaki Panel beaters, having Zoe answer the phone brought me peace of mind, as a single new mum with little to no car knowledge I felt very lost on my journey of needing my car repaired. Zoe made me feel like I could easily explain what was happening and she made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands having my car repaired.
Zoe assisted me with calling around to find the right part, contacting everyone involved in my cars repairs and helped me relax as she put more than the expected effort into ensuring my car was repaired.
I was due to move out of Taranaki around the time my car was due to be repaired, Zoe and the team at Taranaki Panel beaters worked late and started early, ensuring my car was repaired professionally and in time for the move. Zoe was also amazing and collected my car from my home and delivered it safely home for me so I could concentrate on my baby and my move.
My car is now in excellent condition better than when I purchased it.
If I could give 10/5 stars I would.
I will definitely recommend Taranaki Panel beaters to my friends and family any and everyday.
The customer service is just outstanding and the workmanship holds up to it.
