Walter was amazing! He fitted our new tyre so quickly. Very efficient and the quality of fitting, impeccable! Walter is very friendly guy, took our stress away immediately and we will be definitely be going back to Two Brothers for other car services.

Awesome service. Had a water pump bust and it was fixed along with an oil/filter change and a slew of other things that needed to be done. They were very helpful, explained everything and even showed me the things that were wrong. Plus the price was well worth it, especially for Queenstown. Will definitely go back to them again.

The mechanic that helped us was very friendly. Helped us out pretty good when we needed a sudden oil change. Price was very high. Also all other staff members where not friendly at all. A lot of shouting and swearing. They really need to learn to be decent when customers are in the shop.

What we need from mechanic is their experience and right judgement. They got my car checked, "cleaned" and reinstalled, and tell me some part may need to be replaced. Then I got a $200 bill, includes scan fee, labor fee which is $80 per hour. Then on the same day, same problem happens. They said I can come back to them to see it again. But instead coming back again for part replaced and another hour of labour, I prefer to go another mechanic who make the right decision to replace at the first time.
