Tyre General Oamaru

Had a split in my tyre and was fighting to remove the spare from under my vehicle when I looked up at Kerrin, the manager standing over me. He took over and had one of his service trucks with me in minutes, spare sorted and on car, then ordered a set of replacement tyres from Dunedin which were on a courier and arrived in Oamaru before 3pm. He personally picked them up from the courier rather than wait to have them delivered, when he was meant to be on leave, and his team had them on my vehicle and alignment done by 4:30. Tyre General have a great Manager in Kerrin, and it shows in his team. He has earned another customer by the simple act of stopping to see if he could help.
