Great looking doors, we ordered a stacker door and new front entrance door. Very good customer service, staff are nice and friendly from the nice receptionist, to the measure and quote and delivery. Everything was easy from the get go. We will be ordering more windows next year when we plan on some new inserts for another part of the house.

We just had our whole house refitted with new double glazed inserts, about 21 windows and doors I think. They look amazing, and have made a big difference in our houses moisture levels and heat retention. Vistalite was so easy to work with, Michele was lovely and helpful at every step and the installers went above and beyond to fix any rot or gaps in our window surrounds. Overall so pleased, thanks team!

We had a sliding door installed recently to replace leaky french ones. The new door looks great and we regret not choosing a sliding door initially. A minor finishing flaw inside the widow frame needed attention after installation. Vistalite sent someone over to sort that soon after being contacted - not a big deal. The external framing of the door had some serious issues that I had to ask the installer to return and address. A pleasant guy to deal with and he did return promptly with this team. They applied a coat of primer afterwards so I can't comment on whats beneath. I informed Vistalite of the need for these corrective repairs and "Thanks for letting us know" was the reply. In terms of after-sales support, as a paying customer, I believe Vistalite should probably have called to inquire about the nature of the issues and whether I'm satisfied with the repairs now. Sorry, had to knock off a few stars for that.
