We couldn't, for the life of us, work out why we got failed on our brakes as they were new .. so we took it to another warrant outfit for a second opinion. They were just as perplexed as us and couldn't fault the new brakes. He called the VTNZ gentleman a "bad day kinda guy" .... I wholeheartedly agree. Thanks for taking our $72 VTNZ ... you obviously need it more than we do.
Good location, good service, had to wait a bit longer than I expected, general conditions were good and the staff was friendly and helpful. My test was on time and with a professional instructor, called Pixe, clear and exceptional Instructor. I'll recommend everyone to choose VTNZ Greymouth to do the licence.
Honestly had pretty good service mostly from vtnz but the guy who ran my car through last time was pretty rude, unhelpful and probably should find another job if he is that unhappy. On revisiting got someone else that that gave great service, but still one bad experience is enough to go elsewhere from now on.
