We had three different vehicles to this business in two weeks. My partner Charlotte did the drop offs and liased with the staff. She found them refreshing, friendly and helpful on all three visits. We brought in a 2000 Hi-Ace van with headlight issues, a Holden Caprice sedan V8 with battery issues (keeps going flat) and a 2000 mercedes Benz-Sprinter 4 Berth motorhome with solar issues where we felt the deep cycle house battery wasnt charging. The team fixed all of these issues on each visit promptly and efficiently but what was amazing was how the office team were able to ring my partner with the diagnoses of each vehicle and give a price before going ahead. In one instance with the Holden Caprice, other issues were identified which we were happy to also have fixed. Compared to some other businesees you guys are doing great and i highly appreciate your services, they are second to none. Please get this feedback to the staff on the tools and the office as well.
