Went in for a WoF & diagnosis, and though they couldn't diagnose the issue, they made an adjustment which appeared to solve it in the interim. Wasn't charged for the adjustment because they couldn't diagnose the issue, but their adjustment created a bigger one on my way home. When called back, they refused to change it back or acknowledge they had made any changes at all (despite them telling me exactly what they had done while I was there). Pretty disappointed as this has created a far bigger headache with no accountability
I recently used West Motors and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they pick up my car before the scheduled time, but they also ensured it passed the Warrant of Fitness (WOF) without any issues. Stuff was nice and kind. Highly recommend their prompt and reliable service!
