We're helpful. Let me know what was going on with my car and what was needed. Fast and efficient service. Staff very friendly. Would recommend for anyone needing car repairs. Were not over priced in fact was cheaper than quoted

They have continuously looked after our whanau vehicles for I’d say 15+ years and have always had the best customer service, all the lads that work there a awesome, office lady’s are absolute gems would highly recommend Whangārei automotive

I accidentally walked in here, and the staff have been so friendly and nice ever since.
I had a WOF check today, and the experience was really great!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, with labor priced fairly and not costing an arm and a leg.
Pricing was reasonable overall, and they were happy to take the car back to address a metal scraping issue caused by the brake shield after the replacement part was fitted.
