Amazing service and even better people running this place.
We got stranded on the highway when one of our food truck tyres blew out, and we called Xpress to see if they had a spare we could buy. They didn’t stock that tyre, but instead they offered us a spare for free and they had us back on the road.
Because of their kindness and efficiency, we were able to make it to our event and safely drive back home to Lake Hāwea later that night a two-hour journey all on the same day.
Thank you so much for being open on a Saturday and going above and beyond. You guys are a true asset to the community. 🙏

I've been meaning to make this review for sooo long! I got my Nissan Dualis serviced here and they were nothing short of incredible. It was done quickly, they called me before moving forward with repairs, they told me what would need to be fixed soon, quoted and kept everything within my budget.
Honestly, these guys are the first people I feel like I can trust since my brother used to do it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat (and have since).

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE LAST MINUTE HELP!!! Our car battery went flat on the outskirts of Queenstown. We managed to jumpstart it but we wanted to check our battery status to ensure the car is alright. We could only find this shop opened during late hours, We called them beforehand and they told us to come. Thankfully there's nothing wrong with our battery, and they also helped check our tyres (their speciality) with no charge at all. Of course we did tip them as a token of appreciation and gratitude.
They were friendly, and have great attitude and also great service. Do visit them if needed!

We had a brake pad issue and stopped by this tyre workshop near closing time. Even though it was after operating hours, the technician was incredibly friendly and willing to help. He genuinely cared about our safety and took the time to explain the correct procedure for repairing the brakes, which really showed how knowledgeable and trustworthy he is.
He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and also shared useful safety and maintenance tips with us. Excellent service, professional attitude, and someone you can truly trust. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at Xpress Tyres & Auto Care, Queenstown. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knows their work really well. They clearly explained the issue, gave honest advice, and fixed my vehicle quickly without any unnecessary upselling.
Pricing is fair, work quality is top-notch, and you can genuinely trust them with your car. Hard to find such reliable mechanics these days.
