I would give no stars if possible as customer service after 8pm on a Friday evening is horrible, pulled in to get ice and swap a bottle and was shocked to find the freezer locked and told no sale available for these items after 8pm, come on Z Greymouth this is quite unbelievable.

I frequent Z Greymouth for my coffee each morning. Literally the best part of my day. I only know the name of one lady who makes them which is Scarlett. She makes a hell of a coffee and is a friendly face in the mornings. The lady with the red hair also.. she makes my coffees most mornings and is consistent with my order as my order has a few specifics, first sip every day without fail is so yummy.. Wonderful and friendly team of ladies I would be worried for the quality of my coffee if these 2 ladies were ever to leave
I say enough about the services Staff brilliant on our train Service of food & alcohol were very good & prices within reason to the rest of NZ Loved the open carriage was spectacular, views , tunnels & bridges If travelling in the morning sit on the right side of train going to Greymouth , no sun in the eyes & on the trip from Greymouth to Christchurch get a seat on the left side Love to travel again
