Z - Oamaru - Service Station

Very disappointed in this place. Never has there online part updated have ordered things through delivereasy so many timed and then get a phone call saying the item is not available. This then takes 5 days to refund no compensation

Went there today and one of the male workers was fixing shelving. I asked for the one coke on the shelf, he said he needed it for spacing. I asked if he could get me a coke from the back as there were none there and i could see them from where i was standing but obviously i couldnt go back there. He said no because he was busy doing his job, there was a box of cans next to him he could've given me one of those. I told him he was rude and serving was his job, but he still refused. They get two stars because the other two women there were helpful, leaving what she was doing to get me a can from the back. The lady at the front was apologetic. If it weren't for them I wouldve given zero stars. Clearly customer SERVICE is not something he needs to be doing.
