Staff are friendly dont hesitate to go there. No long ques to have WOF check done. Priced. Reasonably in comparison to other places that do WOFs. Fast and efficient service.

They failed me for apparently worn out rear brakes. Went to a mechanic and was advised the brakes are still thick and are okay. I had them replaced anyway since i have provided parts and was paying labor wether we replace it or not. Spoke to the AA rotorua auto center and showed them the original brakes removed and they just shrugged their shoulders saying they do not remove the wheels to really check, they just go by visual inspection. Seems highly suspicious and disappointing to me... Thats the last time i will go there, although unfortunately i am a gold member.
Staff was friendly enough but I am not at all pleased with the service! I asked for my tires to be rotated in advance -- that (and the WOF) was the main reason for the appointment. It’s part of the EV service “if needed”, which it clearly was given the level of tire wear found. Only upon payment, when picking up the car, was I told that they are unable to rotate tires on Teslas! Oh, and let's not forget the nail they found in a tire that had previously been completely fine for all of the 10K km it'd been driven. After an initial scare that it would need to be replaced, they later found it wasn't actually a puncture and they could simply pull it off. Terrible communication.
Do not recommend. Due to poor description of parts needing work ended up with the wrong part being replaced. So ended up costing $750 Compared to $390. There seems to be no accountability on their behalf when you pull them up for it. Won't be going back and have others say the same.
