I have never left a review let alone a negative one but feel obligated to share my experience. I gave Ray the benefit of the doubt when he kept my car ALL day Friday (from 9am) only to be told it had failed its warrant at 5pm and I'd have to bring it back on Tuesday (today) for the work to be completed. As agreed I dropped my car off at 7am this morning and arranged transport to get to work on the North Shore. No one was there when I arrived so I left the car in the driveway in front of the gate. Keys left in the lockbox. When I rang at 4:30pm for an update Ray seemed confused and didn't know where my car was. NO WORK had been done. My car had been moved down the road and forgotten. How this could happen is a mystery to me. I don't know if Ray is writing his own 5 star reviews but this place is a complete joke. I only received a "sorry about that" when I collected the keys. Do better Ray.

Ray is a great bloke; fixed what I needed on my car and was really great to deal with. I will definitely come to him for all future work and recommend him to my friends. Thanks Ray!

Ray is an absolute sweetheart! Super professional and efficient. Brought our campervan in to install a tailgate mirror and everything went perfectly. Will definitely be back if we ever need inspection/repair again!

Ray is a lovely guy to work with. Had my camper van in for some suspected issues. Ray rang me later on saying he couldn't find any faults so there was NO charge! Couldn't believe it, really honest and reliable guy would use again and 100% recommend
