Great service! Super friendly team even though they were busy. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up in the evening. As a young women I was intimidated to take my car in WOF and service for the first time, but the staff made it easy. Highly recommend this workshop !

Took my truck in for recompliance.. as ya do I asked old mate behind the front desk what it would cost me to get a re-compliance done. he started acting suspicious as soon as I asked him that. Was weird, It’s like he knew, I knew, that he was a snake but just carried on with it anyways. Fooled me. Anyways old mate behind the desk looks me square in the eye and says it will cost me $795 DOLLARS. That’s it, no mention of the gst that has to be added to that sum for it to really be the total cost. So when I turn up to pick up my truck with the $795 in cash to pay for it, he whips out his invoice that looks nothing like $795 DOLLARS. Unbelievable. snakes in the grass is what I would attribute this business to. Disgusting behaviour. What I don’t understand is that it’s tax, like you ain’t even making any profit from hiding the actual cost from me it’s ridiculous the Fijian Indian guy. Don’t know his name don’t care. Don’t trust a word that comes out of his mouth! good luck with your business. highly DONT recommend you guys to anyone.

Another unhappy customer leaving. Did a warrant of fitness 6 month ago on an old Toyota. Got around $250 of repairs to pass. Came back to the same place after 6 month and I’ve been coldly « thrown » an estimate of $540 to pass it again . With doubt, I went to check with AA and passed the WOF with a very tidy condition saving me $480 of unnecessary repairs on my $2000 old vehicle. Times are hard for businesses but this one deserve to shut down.
