Poor Service: Following the standard car service, I observed several shortcomings in the overall experience. Firstly, there was a noticeable discrepancy in pricing compared to other workshops, with an approximate 30% overcharge. Additionally, upon returning my vehicle, I found my car manual carelessly placed on the passenger seat, rather than being returned to its original position. Furthermore, critical system settings were altered without prior notice, necessitating my manual intervention to rectify settings such as auto light detection and auto lock. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor during interactions, the lack of welcoming attitude or even a basic courtesy smile from your staff was disappointing. Misleading Information and Dishonesty: Following the service, I was informed about the need to replace my tires. However, upon seeking clarification from the car dealer, whom I had recently purchased the vehicle from, a discrepancy emerged. Your workshop's sudden change in stance, evidenced by a formal letter asserting the vehicle's roadworthiness, contradicted the earlier advice provided. This inconsistency raises concerns regarding the reliability of information shared during service consultations. Extended Waiting Time: The duration of the entire process extended to nearly six months, significantly longer than anticipated. While I acknowledge external factors such as COVID-19 may impact shipping timelines, the substantial disparity in waiting periods compared to other workshops ordering similar parts raises questions. Transparency regarding expected timelines for part orders would have alleviated frustrations associated with prolonged wait times. In conclusion, I am left pondering whether these shortcomings stem from intentional oversight or inadvertent neglect. Clear communication and adherence to ethical business practices are imperative in fostering trust and satisfaction among customers.
