First time here with a car repair. Communication throughout was fantastic. From assessment bookings to pick up finished car. You can request courtesy car but of course a small wait however a car became available days before my slotted time and they let me know so I jumped at an early time. My car was fixed very quickly. Just a small repair. Dropped off Thursday and got a call on the Saturday. Amazing service and car was also washed which I appreciate. Thank you so much

I had a genuinely positive interaction with Dave, who looked after my car and reassured me about the next steps. While some places can make the process feel very procedural, people like Dave—with his kind words that day and his diligent follow‑ups—really make a difference to customers like me.
