I had my windscreen repaired here, and I honestly felt so cared for from the moment I arrived. Amaru, the technician, handled the repair expertly. He was very friendly and efficient, completing the work quickly, and the chip/crack is completely fixed. You can’t even see it anymore. He even parked the car in the shade so my dog and I wouldn’t get wet, a small but very thoughtful gesture. Also, one of the ladies who works there told us my dog and I could stay in the waiting area while we wait for it to be repaired, which was really thoughtful since it was raining. Everyone here goes above and beyond, all are friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I left feeling appreciated and looked after. I wholeheartedly recommend them for windscreen repairs. You won’t just get excellent work, you’ll feel like a valued guest. I really appreciate it.

Just had work done by Quality Windscreen Repair, and I can officially tell you that they most definitely deserve the name Quality ("Top Quality" would be even more appropriate). From the initial intake and scheduling call with Gavin, to the incredibly friendly and highly talented Keith who arrived at our place to work his magic, it was an absolute pleasure to get through the annoyance of a damaged windscreen. We are fortunate that our insurer (MAS) pays for chip repairs. But even if we'd had to pay for it ourselves, I would have felt it was money very well spent to work with such a great team. Couldn't ask for a better result, nor a better way to get it. QWR -1, pebble - 0!
