A very poor experience. The car was supposed to be ready on the 22nd, but nobody called. I showed up, and then they told me it wouldn't be until lunchtime on the 23rd. Of course, on the 23rd, they called again just to say, "Nope, it'll be later that afternoon." Thanks to bad weather, I finally got it on the 24th. when I finally got the car, they didn't even do a full electrical check. I had to drive right back so they could fix a bunch of warning lights that shouldn't have existed. Honestly, I could have maybe forgiven the constant delays and the shoddy mechanical work if the receptionist hadn't been so rude and shown zero basic courtesy. The interior was absolutely filthy. Handprints all over the window, dust caked on the dash, and the boot space was disgusting. When I mentioned the "groomer" I was told they had, the receptionist actually gave me a smirk and said, "Well, you're not gonna get the car valeted here and it was already like that." I keep a clean car, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't that dirty when I dropped it off. This is the first panel beater I've ever used that didn't even bother with a simple vacuum after the job—just left dust everywhere. This wasn't my choice; the lease company sent me here, and I really wish they hadn't. Staying far away for any future repairs.
