I purchased a car from these guys a while back, and they were very accommodating to things I wanted done to the car, such as a tow bar and even a set of rims, which I later went without. They will hold your hand throughout, from when you first want to see a car, test drive, then buy it if you like it. They know how to really prep the car so that its just hassle-free once you buy it, such as new tyres, break down insurance, and a new stereo. Although some of the extras you have to pay for but they provide better deals and will find other local businesses to get them done quickly and at the best price they can find, and they will handle them all. If you want to finance your purchase, go to them first. They were able to find me a finance at the most competitive interest rate, which another dealer couldn't beat while I was still looking around. They also offer atleast a 3month warranty on your purchase which they will fully cover should you find anything wrong with the car, which is unlikely as these guys have their own vehicle shop and are now certified to do WoFs, so their vehicles are as stated hassle-free once you buy ie new tyres, english stereo set and any other features you'd like to have installed. They have a strong post-purchase care service to do regular services, repairs, WoFs, etc. They recently replaced my transmission, which was claimed by THEM under MY Mechanical Breakdown Insurance. I had asked them to investigate a weird noise while my car was rolling at cruising speed. Note that this was 2 years after I had already made the purchase, and they are still holding my hands, and I did not even have to deal with the insurance at all. I only paid for the insurance excess. Once I got my car back, they had done a free grooming service, with the insides vacuumed and the car polished and shined. Almost like I just bought the car from them again. Also, while I waited for my car to be repaired, they gave me a courtesy vehicle, which the only charge was to pay for my own gas. For me, it's really hard to find such good, trustworthy people who care about you and your experience. It's even harder to find good dealers who ensure your purchase is not one you will have regrets on, and have the peace of mind that these guys are still there to sort it out should you have any problems with your car in the future.
