Unfortunately had a bad experience with hi tech. They didn't fix our problem of the car locking when the keys were inside the car and charged us $185 for changing a key battery and doing some diagnostics. They were not willing to budge on the service cost at all. Won't be returning.
THE MOST FRIENDLY AND FAST-SERVICE AUTOMOTIVE SHOP IN KAMO, WHANGAREI. I had an emergency situation where my car battery was completely flat, and it turned itself off, luckily, in our driveway. They saved my day by towing my car to the shop, found the issues and gave me reasonable and affordable prices to fix them. I will continue bringing my vehicle to this shop, knowing that they are professional and honest. Also, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helped me to stay calm throughout the miserable and unexpected morning. Thank you to the Hi-tech Automotive staff, and I really appreciated your service today.
Excellent workmanship and all round good people, have used them for a while . They certainly went the extra mile when I had a very unusual problem , a huge bird's nest with chicks nesting in my car !! . Would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks guys, you guys were fantastic 👏🏻👍🏼(.btw 3 chicks were saved and taken to Bird Recovery Centre )
