Anzelle & Rana went above and beyond my expectations! They bent over backwards to solve the issues that come with in a modern car, been a BMW Active hybrid 3 there are plenty! Thanks team for all your hard work! Cheers

I bought a new import car a few months ago, its pre-delivery service was carried out by KBL. I think they did an oil change, and thats about it, not what I would call a service. The car felt...funny, so I had a look over it myself and discovered the airbox full of leaves and dust and grit. Failure by MBIE/Customs and KBL on this one. It also has a knock when changing into or out of 6th gear that has been present since I got it, yet these guys didn't notice. The scuttle tray is not attached properly to the bottom of the windscreen, yet these guys didn't notice. The battery is 6 years old, yet these guys didn't notice. I don't even trust the oil change was done properly now, so I will be performing this work myself for peace of mind.

Amazing!! Can’t recommend KBL Auto enough! An awesome team there, who are super welcoming and attentive. Took my Mk5 Golf in as I was having issues with the DSG and they got it all sorted out pretty quickly. Chris, the mechanic, was amazing at taking the time to explain everything to me without making me feel silly and even was happy to speak with my partner when he had some questions. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Will definitely be back if I ever have issues again. Great work guys, thank you!

I've been a loyal customer of KBL Automotive for the past 4 years. They have kept my car maintained for WOF checks and have completed minor repairs to the brakes and water pump. I felt compelled to write this review as I always receive great service from Raj. They have service packages with set prices so there are no surprises when paying the bill. If something needs to be repaired, I have found the costs to be very reasonable, detailed clearly and in my case, parts were on hand for a speedy repair. I am a satisfied customer so I intend to return. Thank you KBL.

I took my 45 year old Mercedes in for a carburettor and timing tune up. I also asked that they adjust the valves. These jobs should be very straightforward for any ‘mechanic’ or workshop that advertises themselves as the go to place for classic euro cars. They had the car for nearly a week because apparently they only have 1 old guy who works on older cars and he’s part time or something. Anyway, after nearly a week I collected the car and discovered it ran pretty much exactly the same as before. When I asked they said they’d tested the timing and had also decided that the valve timing was within tolerance. I have since discovered that they pretty much did nothing to the car, the HT leads were degraded to the point the car was not even running on 6 cyl most of the time and the valve timing was so far out that the manifold pressure was significantly lower than where it should have been. These guys clearly looked at me and saw an easy way to make a buck. I have since purchased the basic equipment to work on the car myself, I would never go back to KBL, I think they might be part replacement technicians at best but they are not mechanics!! Perhaps they’re capable of a simple oil change and checking tire pressures but that would be the extent of their skill levels based on my experience.
