Awesome service had a nice chat too, brung my watch in to get a phew links out to fit my wrist got it done fast considering he was busy with other people, definitely coming back in the future 💯

….. over 2 months on I am editing this review from 5 stars to 1 as I have still not had my watch returned despite going in to ask every week. It has been accidentally broken by a staff member, now the back of the watch has been lost!

This has to be hands down the worst customer service ever . Took two keys in that needed batteries , they put them in upside down then when I returned to explain I couldn’t get into my car he snatched them off me and put the batteries up the right way . The music in the background was loud and full of profanity. He was having a verbal argument with another customer and told her to basically get lost after she said that they had ruined her shoes . The whole thing was a very unpleasant experience.

Wouldn't shop here if you paid me, absolutely worst service I've received in years. Attendant should not be in a customer facing role, maybe more suited to a milking or shearing shed.
Edit after owner response: I don't want to call you. The attendant made me feel like I was some kind of moron, then felt like he wanted to take advantage of the vulnerable person I was there supporting. I was so angry my initial review had a far more disrespectful critique of your employee. I dialed it back to keep to the point of poor service
