  I have consistent fantastic service from Dan and the team from start to finish. The whole team is approachable and genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference. They communicate clearly about what needs to be done straight away and also take the time to explain what should be addressed later to help prevent further damage — no pressure, just honest advice. Their pricing is fair, and the work is always completed to a very high standard. It’s obvious they’re a skilled and passionate team who take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic with great communication and a welcoming team, I highly recommend them.

  I am leaving this review even though my 1994 Toyota Hilux is not yet complete, because the experience so far has been outstanding. The team at Next Gen Auto communicate clearly and consistently, and that makes a real difference. They explain progress, flag updates early, and ensure there are no surprises. I have been impressed with their attention to detail, but also with how approachable they are. Every time I pop in to check on progress, the team are friendly, welcoming, and happy to talk things through. They stick to the agreed budget, and they communicate promptly if anything needs discussion. Overall, I am very happy with the service to date and would confidently recommend Next Gen Auto.
