I had my car serviced yesterday. It was a very poor experience. I choose Synthetic Oil and Filter Service Package for $134.95. No Coolant Reservoir Levels, Windshield Washer Fluid(however says filled in the invoice) were checked and top-upped. No one checked the tyre Pressure or Cleaned Exterior of Windows etc. Even after making complaint to head office they didn't bother to rectify their fault by offering to complete the job. They just reply by saying that they will educate the staff. Extremely poor and rude service. Will never use them again.
