AJ from the Queenstown branch - what a champion!
He went above and beyond to help to me, even reaching out to the QLDC regarding the cars & offering guidance to solve the problem.
It's a rarity to have service like this, it not only was it completely unexpected surprise, it was so refreshing to deal with AJ who was genuine, kind and efficient.
