We arrived at Keith’s workshop honestly a little distressed. Our entire electrical system had been poorly installed and incorrectly wired, and we were on a very tight schedule (less than half a day) to sort everything out. Keith immediately took the time to truly understand our situation. Not only did he fix the issues, but he patiently educated us along the way, clearly explaining how everything should work and why it wasn’t functioning properly in our setup. His ability to explain complex things in a simple and kind way made a huge difference for us. We were missing essential materials that normally would have needed to be ordered, which simply wasn’t possible given our timing. Despite that, he went above and beyond to find solutions. And he did. We are more grateful than we can express. Thanks to him, we can now fully enjoy having our family visiting, travel with complete autonomy on the road, recharge properly, and most importantly, have peace of mind. Keith even worked three hours past closing time for us, delaying dinner with his wife, purely out of kindness and commitment to helping us. In the end, we left with properly sized new cables, an incredible solar panel, a new inverter, upgraded plugs and a system we can finally trust. His professionalism, generosity and genuine care truly warmed our hearts. And honestly, considering the quality of work, the pricing was more than fair, especially compared to what we’re used to in France. We couldn’t recommend him more highly 🫶🏻
