Our aircon had stopped working. Gavin and his team were quick to respond to my initial query. Gavin's communication about timing and cost was excellent. No surprises and great service. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all cost or it could cost you alot, bunch of cowboy mechanic's who don't take responsibility for there actions/muck ups. Will create more problems that didn't exist before. Also witnessed one mechanic thrashing a customer's Audi up the road. There a nightmare to deal with. "beware and steer clear"

We called in with questions about daughter's car headlights. They pass a WOF but a bit dull for wet nights. Gavin gave us so much help and ideas that we are off to try it ourselves. :-) Probably gonna cost more if we goose it up! Really professional and friendly attitude, especially when I needed to get back to Auckland by tonight from visiting my Mum in Tauranga who's been in hospital. Gavin made an effort to get problem addressed asap for the best price possible and repaired opposed to replace. I'd strongly recommend Tauranga Auto Electrical. Thank you.
