I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I was told the air conditioner repair would last around two years, but it failed after only two months.
When I took it back, I was told the part they repaired wasn’t actually the faulty part. They also admitted they didn’t run proper testing to confirm it was working. I was charged $1,200 for a repair that didn’t address the real issue.
Instead of taking responsibility, I was given a business card and told to contact the technician who did the work. When I spoke directly with him, he said he had advised them not to proceed with the repair and to tell me it wasn’t worth fixing.
That says a lot about the lack of communication and professionalism. Based on my experience, the service was poor and I wouldn’t recommend them.

These guys are awesome, I needed a fair bit of work to be done on my mazda and they were super helpful and did excellent work. I also need a fair bit of work on my subaru too and I will be going to them again for this. 5 stars.

I come to this garage because i was suspicious about the sound of my turbo who was changed 3 months ago in another garage at 6hours from here.
Without appointment the mechanic guy checked all the motor compartiment, and did a quick test of the van on the road with me to listen the noise of the turbo.
He gave me too a name of a company where i was able to buy a new cooler tank (because the older one was broken by the belt thank you to the previous mechanic guy who haven’t re install it properly after the reparation of the turbo…)
I installed the new cooler tank yesterday and now all is perfect.
At the end i paid nothing for this intervention.

Just popped into Vinny's workshop to see if they could repair/replace a tire for me. They gave me a really good deal on the tires and did the repair whilst I waited, which was not long at all. Amazing staff, amazing service and very professional! I highly recommend Vinny's Workshop Rotorua for your vehicle mechanical needs.

My friend accidentally got the sunshade's suction cup stuck in the window while rolling it down. This made the window unable to go back up. The powerful mechanic caled STEPHAN at this shop were amazing; he fixed my car window in just ten minutes. We were worried about the cost because we are students, but it turned out to be very reasonable. Thanks to that, our trip continued without any hindrance, and it didn't affect our mood at all.
